September EO Talk · Five Directions

Five ways to open the door.

Five directions for the September talk. Click a card to bring it forward. Tell me which one sings. Each is built from the same raw material, just organized around a different spine, so they read as real alternatives and not reshuffles of the same deck.

The Four Intelligences

Financial, Artificial, Natural, Emotional. Each is a way you engage with the world. The genius is not in any one circle, it is in the overlap, and that overlap is Meta Intelligence.
The Hook
Married the money. John reached the top of the mountain young, the shortcut everyone aspires to, and found it did not deliver what he was sold. Either he is the stupidest man in the room for walking away, or there is a reason. That reason is the talk.
The Movements
1
Financial Intelligence. How you engage with money. Necessary, and an industrial age hangover if it is all you have. The wealthy who nailed only this are no more at ease than anyone else.
2
Artificial Intelligence. How you engage with technology, not just the AI tools. Why would you not want Data from Star Trek coaching you. The wave most leaders still treat as a tool.
3
Natural Intelligence. How you engage with the natural world. Rejuvenation, quiet, flow. The piece every other program ignores, which is exactly why it is your edge.
4
Emotional Intelligence. How you engage with people and yourself. React versus respond, the email you almost sent. Then the reveal: four overlapping circles, Meta Intelligence at the shared center.
The Turn
Intelligence is not knowledge. It is integration, the ability to see connections across all four. The room realizes they have been collecting circles and never overlapping them.
The Close
This is not about balancing four buckets. It is about keeping all four alive at once, which is a practice you never finish. That practice, ELP 2.0, sits at the center where the circles meet. Light touch on how to begin.
Runtime feelClean and teachable, comfortable at 45 to 50 min.
Why it works for this roomFounders love a clean model they can take home and use Monday morning.
